Ordering Online
Ordering products from Sayre Enterprises is simple with our easy-to-use and secure shopping cart system. We accept: VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER / NOVUS, and the U. S. Government I.M.P.A.C. cards. By law, we add state sales tax automatically when required.
Registration Form and Order Process
To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, shipping address and credit card information. We use this information to process your order and to contact you about your order if any questions should arise. In general, we will try to contact you first by e-mail and if that fails or if time is critical, we will try to contact you by phone. We share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order (for example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order).
Order Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number and order details within 1 hour of placing your order online. We try to ship all in-stock merchandise within three (3) business days based on availability. Your method of shipping indicates a guaranteed delivery of your items after the manufacturing process is complete. We do not charge your card for a purchase until we actually ship your order.
Security Measures
Sayre Enterprises is firmly committed to the privacy and security of your electronic commerce and uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on all online credit card transactions. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. When using an SSL capable browser, shopping on Sayre Enterprises' websites is the safest kind of transaction possible with a credit card.
Session ID
Upon visiting our site we will assign you a unique Session ID in the form of a "cookie." A cookie is a piece of information that a web site sends to a browser. If you are using one of the leading Internet browsers, this information will only be stored temporarily in memory and not the hard drive. This is used to facilitate your shopping experience and order, keep track of your shopping basket during your visit, help diagnose problems with our server, and administer our website. Upon exiting your browser this stored Session ID is then discarded.

Use may use an Internet order form (where available), Sayre Enterprises order form, or send us a note stating products ordered, along with payment and the necessary address and contact information to complete your order. Shipping and handling charges must be included, as well as state taxes if applicable.
Mail Orders: We accept personal checks imprinted with address (please note driver's license number and issuing state), money orders, cashiers checks, bank drafts, bank wire transfers, and VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and U. S. Government I.M.P.A.C. cards. Please include your telephone number so we can contact you should a question arise.
