Sayre Enterprises, Inc. Awarded Major Contract by Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP)

November 30, 2006. Buena Vista, VA --  Sayre Enterprises received official notification  recently that they are the recipients of a contract  award to manufacture and  supply Reflective Safety Belts to the United States Military. The contract is administered by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), an office within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).  It  is a one year contract  award with 3 renewable option years.  Estimated  value  for the life of the contract  can reach  $2.6 million.  

Sayre manufactures a full line of military tactical accessories and safety reflective products (belts, vests, bands), and is a certified embroiderer of military branch insignia and nametapes.  Additionally, Sayre is a full service contract embroiderer and screen print facility.

Sayre Enterprises  is  located in Buena Vista, VA, has just over 140 employees and is the area's largest employer of adults with disabilities.
